How do I start a refund?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the jar. We review every request individually, and in some cases we may ask you to send the jar back.

When will I get my refund?

Once your request is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.

My order arrived damaged or wrong.

Email us a photo with your order number and we'll make it right.
